Escape to your own very clean south facing oasis on a spring fed Private lake, west of Brantford This charming renovated CLEAN RV cottage is 6 feet from the water, with a large freshly renovated add on room and is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a serene retreat. Kid friendly including a sand beach and playground. Plentiful fishing, some species are catch and release. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and the full trajectory all the way to beautiful sunsets and moon nights under your covered lakeside gazebo and on your beautiful dock just steps away.Enjoy your quiet breakfast/coffee in your cozy side nook. Inside, the cottage comfortably sleeps 5 guests.(some sleeping bag flexibility) You will also find a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Outside, there is a 5 burner BBQ for grilling enthusiasts and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation - first nights firewood will be provided so you can arrive and relax. For water adventures, a 5 person paddle boat, paddle board, and kayak are included. Located between Brantford and Woodstock. Cancellation minimum 30 days in advance.
A $200 refundable damage deposit will be applied and must be paid prior to your arrival.$50 cleaning fee.
