This charming renovated RV cottage is 6 feet from the water, with a large add on room and is perfect for nature lovers and those seeking a serene retreat. Kid friendly including a sand beach and playground. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets under your covered lakeside gazebo and on your beautiful dock just steps away. Inside, the cottage comfortably sleeps 5 guests. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Outside, there is a 5 burner BBQ for grilling enthusiasts and a cozy fire pit for evening relaxation - first nights firewood will be provided so you can arrive and relax. For water adventures, a 5 person paddle boat, paddle board, and kayak are included. Please note that no pets are allowed. Located near Brantford.  Minimum 2 days booking,  3 days on long weekends. Includes toaster oven, 2 burner tabletop, fridge with freezer, ice trays and coffee maker. - A/C and central heating. - unlimited wifi. -wall mounted big screen TV with numerous live TV channels - On-site laundry facilities. -Board games and outdoor corn hole -Open concept Florida living room -Large covered deck featuring outside dining, barbecue and patio seating. Patio lighting creating a beautiful outdoor space. -Lakeview outdoor fire pit with firewood available close by. complimentary first night fire wood will be supplied. - Private dock. -Smoke alarm, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit - Pet free.  $200 per night.  Check in is 2:30 pm Checkout 10:30am.
