SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT of RULES, EXPECTATIONS, AND CONSIDERATIONS

All guests 14 and over have been instructed to read the pertinent Park Rules as outlined on a separate page, so it is expected that they are aware of, and will follow those as well as these rules. Breaking any of the rules may result in guests being evicted from the park without refund.
Day visitors are permitted (within reason) Owner must be notified of any, and how many day--visitors are expected 24 hours in advance.
Dogs will be kept on a leash/rope/or chain at all times. It is understood that any poop piles left on the lot will result in a $25 deduction per pile from the security deposit. Always have a baggie when off the lot.
It is understood that the use of paddle boats, kayaks or any other watercraft is at the user's risk. The owner will not be responsible for any injury incurred while using them. Guests will be responsible for any damage they may cause to same. Minors must wear floatation devices. All others must have one onboard and available to them.
On the morning of departure, guests must inform the owner of their time of departure to allow the owner to attend the rental before they leave, and to retrieve the keys. Loss of either type of keys will result in a $50 charge to guest. Owner's permission is required in order to remain in the park later than 10:30 AM on departure date. Additional time will be charged to the guest at the rate of $10/hour. I need time to clean and have the unit as ready for the next guests, as it was for you. Thank you for your consideration.
Any damage/breakage due to normal wear and tear etc., will be overlooked. Any damage/breakage due to aggressive use, irresponsible accident, violence, intoxication etc., will be deducted accordingly from the security deposit. Security deposit will be returned by e-transfer within 24 hours if all is well.
It is understood that the owner has the right to enter the property at any time if any circumstance makes this necessary.
If you have any complaints, disagreements etc. with other park guests, residents or staff, they must refrain from confrontation. Contact me immediately, to have the issue taken care of on your behalf.
If a complaint is received regarding the behavior of any guest in any way, there will be one attempt by owner to rectify the situation. If the guest/guests do not comply, owner will inform said guest(s) they must leave the park immediately without refund. If this fails, police will be attending. Again, if you are instructed to leave the park, no refund of any kind will be owing.
If for any reason which is not the fault of the owner or is beyond the owner's immediate control, guests decide to leave the park before their departure date, only the Security Deposit will be refunded
Awning must be in a closed position before leaving the site, or retiring for the night. It's electric so it's very easy to open and close. And also, very expensive. Wind picks up fast. By the time you run back to put it up.. It could be gone… We are fond of our awning 😊
Absolutely NO smoking of any kind in the trailer. I’m an x-smoker… I will smell it
Campfires, please keep a hose or bucket of water nearby. Please only burn wood, paper, cardboard, twigs, fallen branches, etc. Please do not burn plastic… Nobody wants to breathe that.
Sorry but we do not supply linens of any kind. Sleeping bags are suggested if ya have them..
